Terms of Service
By using OnWay Rides, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, app, or related services.
1. Platform scope
OnWay Rides may support ride booking, delivery, rental, airport transfers, prebookings, school and office movement, driver onboarding, and related business transport functions. Some services may be unavailable in certain cities, during testing, or while approval is pending.
2. Service conditions
- Feature availability, pricing flows, coverage areas, and support processes may vary by city, service type, and operational conditions.
- OnWay Rides may pause, restrict, or change access where reasonably necessary to protect operations, users, or service quality.
- Some services may require prior approval, scheduling, or manual confirmation before they are fulfilled.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information, including a real phone number when prompted after Google or email/password sign-in, keeping account credentials secure, and using the platform lawfully. OnWay Rides may suspend or remove accounts that are inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise unsafe.
3A. Contact and consent requirements
- Users may be required to enter a working phone number before accessing all services.
- OnWay Rides may require OTP-based phone verification before a rider account is treated as complete.
- Acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service may be required before full rider access is granted.
- Optional marketing preferences, such as SMS or WhatsApp promotions, are separate from mandatory service-related contact.
- Providing a phone number during onboarding does not by itself guarantee account approval, operational access, or final verification status.
4. Driver and fleet approval
Driver, fleet, and vehicle access may require document review, service-type approval, and operational verification. Creating an account does not guarantee approval or active access. Full platform use for drivers may remain limited until all required documents and checks are accepted.
5. Bookings, fares, and service execution
Bookings, estimates, fares, and service timings may vary based on availability, route conditions, operational factors, and support decisions. Users should confirm relevant booking details inside the app before proceeding.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app, website, support systems, or referral flows.
- Do not submit false documents, false identities, or misleading booking information.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, unsafe, or fraudulent activity.
7. Suspension and termination
OnWay Rides may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, platform quality, legal obligations, or operational control.
8. Limitation and service availability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnWay Rides provides the platform on an as-available basis. Service continuity, response times, or feature availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
